The Exergen TemporalScanner Thermometer was recently featured on the Ahh-Mazing Reviews blog. The blogger, Megan, shares her experience with the Exergen Thermometer and how useful it is for small children. Megan explains that it is difficult to use other types of thermometers on small children because they are too young and don’t appreciate objects being shoved under their armpit or under their tongue. The blogger goes on to explain that the audio cues from the Exergen Thermometer allow the user to know right away if it is being used correctly.
Megan details the main features of the Exergen Thermometer such as the light display for dark or dimly lit areas, the 8 reading memory for temperature history and how quickly it displays the temperature. She states that the thermometer displays the temperature in 2 seconds and can be used while her children are sleeping. Megan said “I tested this thermometer by taking my own temperature 6 times and I received the same reading, or a reading +/- 0.1 degrees each time. That is a margin of error that is pretty close to perfection, if you ask me.”
