Exergen Corporation Receives Regulatory Approval to Launch Full Line of Temporal Artery Thermometers in Peru

Watertown, Mass, July 9, 2024 – Exergen Corporation, a pioneer in infrared thermometry technology, announces its receipt of approval from Peruvian regulatory authorities to introduce its comprehensive range of Temporal Artery Thermometers to the Peruvian market. The DIGEMID approval confirms that all Exergen thermometers comply with the rigorous standards for accuracy, reliability, and safety as mandated by the Peruvian government.  

The approved product line includes the TAT-5000S, designed specifically for hospital use, the TAT-2000 for lightweight clinical applications, and the TAT-2000C for consumer use at home. These approvals mark a significant milestone for Exergen as it expands its global footprint.
