Exergen Corporation Showcases its Full Line of Temporal Artery Thermometers at PEDICON Hyderabad 2025

Watertown, Mass, January 9, 2025 – Exergen, a leading manufacturer of infrared thermometers and manufacturer of a highly accurate and easy to use thermometer, will showcase its Temporal Artery Thermometers at PEDICON Hyderabad 2025 January 8 – 12, 2025 booth E48. PEDICON, The Indian Academy of Paediatrics’ annual conference, known as PEDICON, is a peer networking event for healthcare practitioners, students, and pediatricians from all over India and neighboring countries.

Pediatricians love Exergen’s FDA and CE approved Temporal Artery Thermometer, because it is clinically accurate, very easy to use, non-invasive, very cost efficient and improves productivity. The Temporal Artery Thermometers (TAT), use infrared technology to detect the heat naturally emitting from the skin surface on the forehead. In addition, this method incorporates a patented arterial heat balance system to automatically account for the effects of ambient temperature on the skin. The Temporal Artery Thermometer is a contact thermometer designed for medical professionals like pediatricians and nurses, for use in hospitals and clinics.

“We designed our Temporal Artery Thermometers for nurses, and pediatricians to give them access to the most accurate, non-invasive temperature readings to improve the health outcomes of children,” said Arindam Mukherjee, Exergen India Managing Director and supporting Middle East and South Africa. “Last fall we received CDSCO approval for a full line of Temporal Artery Thermometers, allowing us to change the way the world takes temperatures.

In October 2024 Exergen received approval from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) in India for its entire line of Temporal Artery Thermometers. This significant milestone enables Exergen to introduce its state-of-the-art thermometers to the Indian healthcare market.

Attendees are invited to visit Exergen’s Booth E48 for a demonstration and to learn more about our Temporal Artery Thermometers including:
